General terms and conditions of sale

Preamble

All sales made with Green Office imply systematic compliance with the following general terms and conditions of sale. They take precedance over any other terms and conditions including those of the co contractor.

Any modifications to specific terms and conditions of sale shall only be valid for the operation for which they were provided. Specific conditions shall not be retroactive and shall not be valid for future operations.

All of the company’s sales supports are aimed at professionals (dealers, opinion leaders, companies, administrations, private or public collectivities, etc.) and within the framework of their professional activity.

Products

All products presented on the www.green-office.com website are for professional use. Any texts and photographs illustrating the products are non contractual.

Order

Any orders placed with Green Office shall be fulfilled by Green Office from the time the order was accepted by our services and subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the dealer or distributor of the product shall inform the customer at the earliest and provide a solution adapted to his needs.

Delivery and Transport

Green Office will deliver orders to the delivery address and within the times stated on the purchase order.

In special cases, stock outages, special products, etc., Green Office may take longer to deliver subject to having previously informed the customer. Any late delivery shall not give rise to compensation, postponement or cancellation of the order in progress. Delivery times given are average times for mainland France.

Any orders that are not fully available may delivered in part.

When delivery is entrusted to a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the customer in the event of missing or damaged goods, to immediately note so on the transport documents and confirm his reserves by registered letter with proof of delivery to Green Office within the three days following receipt of the goods (Art. L 133-3 of the French Code of Commerce). Failure by the recipient to respect this clause shall incur his liability. In any event, risks of loss or damage to goods and materials are transferred to the customer on departure from the Green Office warehouse.

Warranty

All materials and products are guaranteed for one year from the date of reception by the customer, against any manufacturing faults or material defects. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the material recognized as defective, with the exception of consumables and accessories. A repaired or replaced product shall not give rise to an extension of the warranty for the said product.

The warranty shall only be valid if

After-sales

Green Office provides an after-sales service. Repairs outside the warranty are subject to a quote and shall only be carried out after express agreement from the customer, by return of the signed quote. In this case, delivery costs for sending the defective product to the workshop are at the expense of the sender.

Liability

The materials and products offered on the site comply with French legislation in force. For orders sent abroad, the customer must first ensure that the products comply with local applicable legislation. In particular, the customer must ensure from the local authorities that there are no import restrictions or limitations on the conditions of use of the products ordered.

In all cases, Green Office shall not be held liable for the consequences caused by its material to other goods, nor for any direct or indirect loss.

Price

Prices shall be requested by email from contact@green-office.fr or our sales department 01 40 87 10 00. They are guaranteed until the date of validity mentioned on the quote. All prices are excluding taxes (and excluding TGAP - French tax on polluting activities) and excluding delivery costs unless otherwise specified.

All invoices shall be payable within the time specified on them by bank transfer or cheque, and within 45 days for payment by administrative instrument.

Any sums remaining unpaid at the due date shall give rise to:

Data privacy law

In accordance with the law of 6th January 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and refuse any personal data held concerning him. The customer may request in writing that his contact details be deleted from the file and/or that they not be available for use by third parties.

Reservation of title

It is expressly understood that Green Office conserves the full and exclusive title to the goods sold until full payment of the price. In this regard, payment shall not be considered the receipt of a letter of credit or other obligations to pay.
